CAN I RETURN MY MERCHANDISE?

Yes, please follow these instructions:
Any unopened/unworn item shipped to a USA destination can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the shipping date

CAN I GET A REFUND?

We process refunds for canceled orders and damaged products that customers choose not to exchange for a replacement on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to our support team at answers@theconnextion.com with your request for a refund and we will process it.
