Colour Revolt, a rock band whose roots lie in Jackson and Oxford, Mississippi, released their self-titled EP in December of 2005. This album quickly drew the attention of many and opened the door for the band to play at SXSW and tour with acts such as Brand New, Explosions in the Sky, and Manchester Orchestra.
