How do I swap my Record of the Month selection?
- Log in to your Magnolia Record Store account.
- Select Subscription from the account menu.
- Find your Magnolia Record Club 1 Month Subscription. Under Included in this box, select Swap Record.
- A pop-up will display the available records. Select Swap Record beneath the album you’d like to receive instead.
How do I add a record to my Record of the Month shipment?
You can add eligible records through your subscription portal or while shopping the Magnolia Record Store.
From your subscription portal:
- Log in to your Magnolia Record Store account.
- Select Subscription from the account menu.
- Under Add more to your box, select Add beneath a featured record or select Browse all to see more options.
- Choose the record you’d like to add before your next order processes.
While shopping the store:
- Log in to your Magnolia Record Store account.
- Visit the product page for an eligible record.
- Select Add to my next Club Box, located above the Add to cart button.
- The record will be added to your next subscription box.
How do I cancel my Record of the Month subscription?
- Log in to your Magnolia Record Store account.
- Select Subscription from the account menu.
- Find the Subscriptions button next to the Next Order button at the top of the page.
- Select the active subscription you wish to cancel.
- Select Cancel subscription at the bottom of the page.
- Choose a reason for cancelling and select Next.
- Select Cancel subscription again to confirm.
